what was the song behind whalt whitman's poem? i thought it was a john willimas olympic theme, or something from a TV show. I can't officially place it, but its so familiar.
Hi Anon,
Without going back to listen to the show, I'm pretty sure it was Aaron Copland's "Fanfare for the Common Man."

Okay, I have one that's been driving me crazy for years - in Part 2 of Seinfeld's episode "The Cadillac" is Aaron Copland playing at the very end (during the spoof of Nixon) If so, what song... if not, who's music is it?
Thanks
We aim to please at Dreamtime, anon.
According to Sony Pictures, the music from Oliver Stone's film "Nixon" was used for the scene.
