If my stats and email are any indication, there are a lot of fans of the "TTRH News & Views" news clips in the column to your right. Which is a good thing, especially when TTRH and Dreamtime are on hiatus.
As Dreamtime regulars already know, I'm a bit of a techno-geek as well as a Dylan fan, and take up new technologies as other people change their underwear. That is, regularly, or at least we can hope so.
Lately I've been mucking around with Twitter, trying to figure out what it's good for... or at least good for me, and have been following several conversations as to whether Twitter's future lies in becoming a micro-aggregator. In other words, used to collect conversations/information from around the ol' WeboSphere relevant to the reader. One example is TwitLinks, which aggregates the latest tech news from Twitter postings.
I've come up with a different spin, DylanTweets, which automatically posts the TTRH- and Dylan-related news I'm collecting into Twitter. So, if you're a Twitter aficionado and want to follow the TTRH News & Views column over there as it (almost) breaks, here's your opportunity. If you want to follow me, btw, but I'm pretty boring, my personal Twitter account is FredatDreamtime.
